My name is Austin Jones and I'm a successful real estate Investor with a proven track record of over 10 years of experience. I received my double major in Sociology & Psychology from the University of California Santa Barbara in 2011. I've integrated my education into the real estate profession and it has allowed me dynamic insight and understanding of my clients. I recently got married in 2022 and bought a house on the Eastside with my wife (Brittany) and French Bulldog (Larry). I have been a resident of Santa Barbara for over 15 years, and have extensive knowledge of this area's amazing attributes. My hobbies include traveling, paddle surfing and hiking trails with my dog.

That’s a staggering statistic considering how low of a housing inventory we currently have.
